Summer 2025 Training

The simple fact is:
Playing at a high level requires training at a high level.

Nobody talks about the time between the start of your process and the moment when everything clicks. It takes grit, reps, and the right environment. Our community is built to help athletes fail forward, grow stronger, and build confidence. We’re here to develop with you — every step of the way.

Summer Development Program Details

Our ETT athletes saw real results this winter:
+4.5 MPH on the mound
+6.2 MPH in bat speed and exit velocity
+8.3 lbs gained per session

If you’re trying to jump from Freshman to JV, or JV to Varsity, these are the kind of numbers that move the needle.

If college baseball is the goal, then summer development isn’t optional — it’s essential:
• The average D1 pitcher throws 88+ MPH
• The average D1 bat speed is 65.7+ MPH

If you’re not hitting those marks, now is the time to train — not two weeks before tryouts.
And yes — you can still train while playing games this summer.
